Where we ship

We ship to addresses in the United States and many international destinations. Available destinations are shown at checkout.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your address and the items in your order.

Processing and delivery

Our products are shipped directly by the independent brands we work with, so an order containing products from more than one brand may arrive in separate packages.

Estimated delivery dates are shown on each product page. These are estimates, not guarantees, and delays can happen during busy periods or because of the carrier.

Tracking

When your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information. If your order contains items from more than one brand, you may receive more than one tracking number.

Customs and duties

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by the destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking hasn't updated in a while or your package hasn't arrived by the end of the estimated delivery window, contact us through our contact page with your order number and we'll help.
